RESEARCH PROPOSAL FOR HAIR SHIELD CREAM

Background
In the first time, our company produced a shampoo for woman with a tight competition in market. As the time goes by, we see the demand of woman’s needs to make the hair smoother and help the shampoo’s function. Then we decided to launched a hair conditioner to the market.
But we still found a problem, shampoo and conditioner could not keep the hair smoothness for a long time. Women need a thing that could keep their hair beautiful, smooth and shining for a longer time. Sometimes women must go to Hair Salon to do a hair mask, this hair mask could keep the hair beautiful for a longer time. Then we consider to produced a hair mask and put it into one package with shampoo and hair conditioner for each type. So, women don’t need to go to Hair Salon for hair treatment, especially hair masking.
Market Scenario
15% women are using shampoo only, 50% are using shampoo & conditioner, and the rest are using shampoo, conditioner & hair mask.
·         The retailers do not push any particular brand of shampoo as they receive only 10% commission from shampoo sales
·         Nowadays women looking for a practically, efficient and effective things for anything, especially hair treatment.

·         Women with a tight schedule (career women, student, backpacker, etc)

To prepare a solution for helping women’s hair performance stay beautiful all day long in practical way.

Solution
We produced a Hair Shield Cream, a cream that can be used anywhere and anytime without wash. This cream will keep the hair to stay smooth and beautiful all day long. Hair Shield Cream is a product that very suitable for women with a tight schedule who need a good hair performance in every activity.
